Join us for a festive program designed as a springboard towards the fiftieth anniversary of our Orchestra which we will celebrate during the 2024-2025 season.

If Gulda's Cello Concerto guarantees a delightful mix of classical, jazz, Big Band and improvisation, Roussel's Petite Suite juxtaposes genres just as much. There are no limits to inspiration, which can be as unpredictable as the swaying steps of a hen, as the two homonymous works by Rameau and Haydn humorously illustrate.

While the Anne and Françoise Groben Prize, a competition launched by the OCL in 2017, is accepting applications for its second edition, we are delighted to welcome back Benjamin Kruithof, first winner of the Groben Prize, and recently first George Enescu Prize 2022.

Artists:
Jean-Philippe RAMEAU: The Hen
Joseph HAYDN: Symphony No. 83, “The Hen”
Albert ROUSSEL: Small Suite, Op. 39
Friedrich GULDA: Cello Concerto
