Subtle is delighted to welcome Sara Auster, from New York, to our gallery. Sara Auster is a world-renowned sound therapist, meditation teacher, and author of SOUND BATH: Meditate, Heal and Connect through Listening. Her carefully designed experiences harness sound as a tool that invites meditative states, supports self-inquiry, cultivates deep relaxation, and inspires meaningful transformation.

From developing a mindfulness and sound therapy program for the World Health Organization and creating FDA-approved sound baths as a complementary treatment option for people living with migraine, to collaborating on heart-centered partnerships with organizations such as Apple, Spotify, Google to create inclusive partnerships. sound bath experiences, she continues to be a pioneer in this space.
