Agnès Baltzer will present to us the mechanisms of current climate change and its consequences in the Svalbard archipelago, in the Arctic environment, which is warming 4 times faster than anywhere else.

Teacher-researcher in Physical Geography at the University of Nantes (IGARUN), specialist in marine geosciences at the “Littoral, Environments, Remote Sensing and Geomatics” Laboratory, Laurence Robert will present to us the method of photographic renewal implemented by the Landscape Photographic Observatory.

This method illustrating landscape dynamics is applied here in Spitsbergen (Svalbard). DPLG landscaper, temporary teacher at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Paysage de Versailles (ENSP) and at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Bretagne (ENSAB) and artist.
