Luxembourg Olympic athletes honored at La Belle Etoile!

Who was the first Luxembourg athlete at the Olympic Games? In which discipline has Luxembourg won victories?

From April 17 to 27, on the eve of the Paris Olympic Games, the Belle Etoile shopping center will reveal all the answers to you through the exhibition “Luxembourg at the Olympic Games”, organized in collaboration with the Luxembourg Olympic and Sports Committee (COSL). ).

This retrospective offers visitors an exciting journey through history and celebrates the strong and memorable moments of Luxembourg athletes at the Olympic Games since their first participation in Paris in 1900. It highlights the exploits, emotions and victories of the athletes who carried the country's colors high on the Olympic stage.

An exceptional sports day is planned for Saturday April 20, where various Luxembourg sports federations will go there to offer visitors to the center test workshops and varied sports demonstrations, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of Luxembourg sport and discover new disciplines. At the meeting will be, among others, the fencing, martial arts, archery and tennis federations.
