A program specially designed for people who want to learn exercises to allow themselves to mark their working days with real breaks, short but rejuvenating.
Good to know
We will provide water, tea and coffee, as well as fruit and healthy snacks.
If you wish, you can also bring the food of your preference for the lunch break.
