In the inspiring setting of the Villa Vauban and through the rooms, we will explore with Patricia De Zwaef, art historian and yoga teacher, the living architecture of our physical body and the consciousness of our energetic body through some asanas and pranayama exercises. The emphasis will be placed on controlled postures and breathing around pathologies linked to office work (pelvis/hip; cervical/shoulders).
The sessions are accessible to everyone, all ages and levels, including beginners, and will combine yoga with contemplative exploration of works of art.

> Arrival desired 5:15 p.m., possibility to change on site.
> Bring your mat and, if possible, 2 blocks and 1 strap.
