The addition of the mesmerizing China Forbes, Lauderdale’s friend from their Harvard days, as the lead singer, only added to the band’s allure.

Their groundbreaking album, “Sympathique,” released in 1997, set them on a path to international acclaim. This “little orchestra” has since graced the stages of iconic venues like Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall, the Sydney Opera House, and the Hollywood Bowl, singing in over 20 languages and connecting cultures through music.
